Pathway to Certification and Course Availability The first certification now available across Asia-Pacific is the APPA Coach Certification Level 1, which includes 365-day access to the online module and an intensive 2.5-day practical assessment. The course follows the Manu Martín Academy “Brain Model” methodology, focusing on real-session coaching, communication, and decision-making under the guidance of certified APPA assessors. The APPA Coach Certification Level 1 is just the beginning. Additional certifications, such as Club Manager and Specialist programs, will soon expand APPA’s education pathway to support coaches and professionals at every stage.
